What to Expect:

An initial consultation is a comprehensive session designed to assess a patient’s health history, concerns, and overall spinal function. It typically includes the following steps:

2. Postural & Movement Assessment
3. Orthopedic & Neurological Testing
4. Explanation of Findings
After the examination, the chiropractor/ ST will explain their findings, discussing:
The potential cause of the symptoms
How chiropractic/ Spinal therapy care may help
A proposed treatment plan tailored to the patient’s needs

A 1-hour deep tissue massage is a therapeutic treatment designed to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is ideal for relieving chronic muscle tension, breaking down adhesions (knots), and improving overall mobility.
1. Initial Consultation (5 minutes):
The therapist will briefly discuss any areas of concern, past injuries, or specific goals for the session (e.g., neck stiffness, lower back pain, or tight calves).
Stripping: Gliding pressure along the muscle fibres.
Friction: Applying pressure across muscle grain to break down adhesions.
Trigger Point Therapy: Releasing specific tight spots that refer pain elsewhere in the body.

2) Should you not be able to attend your appointment we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours before so that we can reschedule that appointment for you , please contact us on 01179252886 or email us at info@recospinalcentre.com
3) This appointment is a non refundable . If for any reason you can not make the appointment, you are allowed to pass on the consultation to a family/friend who have not been with us before.
4) After the booking is confirmed, you will be sent an email with a few links, please go through each link and fill in the details. These are the new patient forms which you need to fill in before you visit us. This saves your time from filling in the paper works at the clinic and also gives the practitioner a chance to understand more about the case before they meet you in person.
5) We always confirm the booking on a weekly basis. If you have booked an appointment further than a week , we may contact you if there are slight changes / amendments that need to be made . We will email you a final confirmation with attached forms that you will be required to fill before seeing your practitioner .
